Shake Shack Culinary Director Mark Rosati is the genius responsible for the restaurant’s incredible menu and one-of-a-kind frozen custard flavors like “Waffles & Bacon” and “Coffee and Donuts.” When we heard that Mark was going to be using MakeSpace, we knew we had to interview him.
